Comunicado del CCRI-CG del EZLN, 30 de abril del 2007:hostigamiento del ejército mexicano a la Comisión Sexta en el norte

COMUNICADO DEL COMITÉ CLANDESTINO REVOLUCIONARIO INDÍGENA-COMANDANCIA GENERAL DEL EJÉRCITO ZAPATISTA DE LIBERACIÓN NACIONAL.Comisión Sexta del EZLN.MÉXICO.
30 DE ABRIL DEL 2007.
AL PUEBLO DE MÉXICO:A LOS PUEBLOS DEL MUNDO:A LA OTRA CAMPAÑA:
EL EZLN HACE LA SIGUIENTE DENUNCIA PÚBLICA:
PRIMERO.- ELEMENTOS DEL EJÉRCITO FEDERAL HOSTIGARON A LOS DELEGADOS DE LA COMISIÓN SEXTA DEL EZLN QUE REALIZAN TRABAJO DE LA OTRA CAMPAÑA EN LA REGIÓN NORESTE DE NUESTRO PAÍS.
SEGUNDO.- EL DÍA 29 DE ABRIL, ALREDEDOR DE LAS 1930 HORAS, EL CONVOY DE ADHERENTES DE LA OTRA CAMPAÑA QUE ACOMPAÑA A LAS COMANDANTAS MIRIAM Y EUCARIA, Y AL COMANDANTE ZEBEDEO, FUE DETENIDO EN EL RETÉN MILITAR QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN LA CARRETERA QUE VA DE MONTEMORELOS A LINARES, NUEVO LEÓN.
LOS MILITARES REVISARON E INTERROGARON AGRESIVAMENTE A L@S CIVILES QUE ACOMPAÑAN A LA DELEGACIÓN ZAPATISTA, Y LES TOMARON FOTOS A ELL@S Y A LOS VEHÍCULOS, LOS CUALES REVISARON EXHAUSTIVAMENTE.
TERCERO.- DESDE EL INICIO DE NUESTRA PARTICIPACIÓN DIRECTA EN LA OTRA CAMPAÑA, DIVERSAS CORPORACIONES POLICÍACAS FEDERALES Y ESTATALES, ASÍ COMO ELEMENTOS DE “INTELIGENCIA” DEL EJÉRCITO FEDERAL Y EL CISEN, SE HAN DEDICADO A VIGILAR A LA COMISIÓN SEXTA, ASÍ COMO A TOMAR FOTOS, DATOS Y, EN ALGUNOS CASOS, HOSTIGAR A LAS PERSONAS QUE NOS ACOMPAÑAN O A QUIENES ESCUCHAMOS EN NUESTRO RECORRIDO.
ESTOS ESPÍAS Y OREJAS HAN COMPROBADO QUE EL EZLN NO ESTÁ PROMOVIENDO LA LUCHA ARMADA, SINO LA ORGANIZACIÓN CIVIL DE LA GENTE. SABEN QUE, A DIFERENCIA DE LOS GOBERNANTES Y LOS PARTIDOS POLÍTICOS, NO ESTAMOS DICIENDO MENTIRAS, SINO ESCUCHANDO Y HACIÉNDONOS ECO DE LAS INJUSTICIAS QUE SUFRE NUESTRO PUEBLO EN TODO EL TERRITORIO NACIONAL. TAMBIÉN SABEN QUE NO TRANSPORTAMOS ARMAS NI DROGAS.
EN LA ÚLTIMA PARTE DE LA PRIMERA ETAPA, ESTE ACOSO FUE MAYOR, Y AHORA, EN ESTA OCASIÓN, LA AGRESIÓN FUE DIRECTA EN CONTRA DE LA DELEGACIÓN ZAPATISTA.
CUARTO.- CON EL MOVIMIENTO DE LA OTRA CAMPAÑA, EL EZLN HA SEGUIDO EL CAMINO DE LA LUCHA CIVIL Y PACÍFICA. ES PÚBLICO Y COMPROBABLE QUE EL EZLN NO TIENE NADA QUE VER CON EL CRIMEN ORGANIZADO, NI DENTRO NI FUERA DE LAS ESFERAS GUBERNAMENTALES O DE LOS PARTIDOS POLÍTICOS. ES UN PRETEXTO RIDÍCULO Y SIN NINGÚN SUSTENTO, QUE SE USEN ESTOS ARGUMENTOS PARA AGREDIR A NUESTR@S COMPAÑER@S.
QUINTO.- SI EL GOBIERNO FEDERAL HA DECIDIDO YA CERRAR TAMBIÉN ESA VÍA CIVIL, Y OPTA AHORA POR EL REINICIO DE LA GUERRA EN EL SURESTE MEXICANO, HARÍA BIEN EN DECIRLO CLARAMENTE. EN CUALQUIER CASO, NOSOTROS ESTAMOS LISTOS. PARA UNA COSA U OTRA.
SEXTO.- HACEMOS UN LLAMADO A LAS PERSONAS HONESTAS Y NOBLES A QUE SE PRONUNCIEN EN CONTRA DE ESTOS HOSTIGAMIENTOS.

The EZLN makes the following public denouncement:
First. Elements of the Federal Army harassed the delegates of the Sixth Commission of the EZLN that are carrying out the work of the Other Campaign in the Northeast region of our country.
Second. On April 29th at around 7:30p.m., the convoy of adherents of the Other Campaign that is accompanying Comandantas Miriam and Eucaria and Comandante Zebedeo were detained at a military checkpoint stationed on the highway between Montemorelos and Linares, Nuevo Leon.The soldiers aggressively searched and interrogated the civilians that accompanied the Zapatista delegation, took pictures of them and of their vehicles, and searched the vehicles exhaustively.
Third. Since the beginning of our direct participation in the Other Campaign, various federal and state police agencies, as well as army intelligence and the CISEN, have dedicated themselves to vigilance over the Sixth Commission, taking photos, collecting information, and in some cases, harassing the people that accompany us or who we listen to on our journey.These spies and undercover agents have confirmed that the EZLN is not promoting armed struggle but rather people’s civil participation. They know that, in contrast to the government and political parties, we are not telling lies, but rather listening and making echo of the injustices that our people suffer in all of the national territory. They also know that we do not transport weapons or drugs.In the last part of the first phase, this harassment was even greater, and now, on this occasion, the aggression was directly against the Zapatista delegation.
Fourth. With the movement of the Other Campaign, the EZLN has followed a civil and pacifist path of struggle. It is public and provable that the EZLN has nothing to do with organized crime, neither within nor outside of governmental or political party spheres. This is a ridiculous pretext with no substantiation, used as an excuse to assault our compañer@s.
Fifth. If the federal government has decided to close this civil route also and opts now for the reinitiating of the war in the Mexican Southeast, they should say so clearly. In whatever case, we are ready. For one thing or the other.
Sixth. We make a call to all honest and noble people to come out against this harassment.
